By connecting these services, you authorize Profits to access and process data made available via their APIs.

We are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party APIs
• Downtime or inaccuracies caused by third-party platforms

Profits relies on external data sources and user-provided inputs.

Therefore:

• Calculations are indicative, not guaranteed
• Data accuracy depends on third-party platforms
• Profits is not accounting, tax, or financial advice

You remain fully responsible for your business decisions.

7. Payments & Subscriptions (if applicable)

If Profits is offered as a paid service:

• Fees are billed in advance
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• No refunds are provided unless required by law

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse or overload the system
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the software

remain the exclusive property of Profits.
